ConsulticsDiversification Platform.
A short introduction to the platform: six specialised AI agents, human review at every decision, and a direct line to Consultics for the conversation that follows.

What the platform is
The Consultics Elite Platform is the first step of a Consultics engagement, available online. It is not a replacement for the workshop where strategy is defined. It prepares the ground for that conversation: it captures your situation in a structured way, tells you where you stand, and hands a clean file to Consultics so the human work starts further along.

The agents, and what each one does
Five AI agents, each with one job. The Market Entry Qualifier runs the first-meeting intake — your twelve questions, one at a time — and records what is evidenced, what is claimed and what is missing. The Diversification Advisor helps you think through where and how to compete, within limits Consultics sets. The Cross-Border Partnership agent captures what kind of partner your route would need; partners themselves are provided by Consultics in the engagement phase, after a diversification contract, never through the subscription. The Content & Nurture agent keeps members informed from sources Consultics is licensed to use. The Proposal & Closing assistant builds the structure of a proposal — sections, dependencies, open points — and leaves the content, scope and fees to Consultics.

How a conversation runs
Every agent says what it is. It asks one question at a time. When an answer is vague it asks one follow-up, then records a gap rather than pressing. Every claim is labelled: verified, stated by you, assumed, or unknown. Nothing is scored as favourable because it is missing. When a conversation touches a named partner, a price, or legal, tax or regulatory matters, the agent stops and routes it to a person.
- 04
Human review at every decision
Anything an agent produces passes a review gate before it reaches you. Low-stakes summaries release automatically. Anything involving a named party, a commercial term or specialist advice waits for a named reviewer at Consultics. If no reviewer is available, it is held — it does not slip through. You always see the status of what is waiting.
- 05
What you get, and what happens next
At the end of an intake you receive a short written summary: your situation in your own words, where you stand on readiness, what Consultics does not yet know, and a specific next step. Consultics receives the same summary plus the full file. The next step is a conversation with the team — book it from here, or ask any agent to arrange it.
